Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Division of Facilities and Transportation Services (DFTS), requests Bids for the purchase of snow and ice removal services at State managed facility sites in Eau Claire, Green Bay, and La Crosse. DFTS intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract(s). Currently the facilities on this bid only need plowing of their parking lots as in-house staff will perform the rest. We are however, requesting pricing for clearing of sidewalks and other areas in case the need would arise in which the contractor would be requested to perform this work. The DOA does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be rejected. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity, or pay any minimum contract price during the term of the Contract.
