Restitution and community service programming provides support for youth ages 10-17 who are under Juvenile Court supervision or a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The program helps youth secure employment and complete community service requirements. Additionally, the program manages the collection of restitution payments from youth and disbursement of these funds to victims. 3.4. GOALS A. Annually, 85% of referred youth will successfully complete their restitution or community service obligation. 3.5. NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS A. Service Numbers 1. Serve up to 650 youth annually who are court-ordered or otherwise obligated to complete restitution and community service. 2. The program will maintain an evaluation system for the program that collects information regarding client participation and costs associated with service delivery. 3. The program will be required to report participant data using the DCDHS Client Registration (600) and Monthly Service Reporting (610) forms.
