The agency will provide colposcopic examinations, Papanicolaou (Pap) tests, and Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) testing according to ASCCP Guidelines for abnormal cervical cancer screening tests and cancer precursors. Provider has completed colposcopy education, or is in the process of completing colposcopy education, in accordance with Colposcopy Education Program (CEP) - ASCCP and is seeking continued education for skill development. Must utilize an approved provider for continuing education. Annual summary of utilization of funds for completed education and training. Subrecipients must collect and report on a quarterly basis RHFP performance measures including demographic, Pap Tests, Colposcopies performed, and patient services data as required.
