Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department hereby requests proposal and cost summary submittal for real estate appraisal and transfer negotiation services for County Trunk Highway P from Kikkert Court at the edge of the Village of Cambria eastward, dissecting the Towns of Courtland and Randolph, to the intersection of State Trunk Highway 73 (STH 73) in the Village of Randolph. One (1) project is being conducted within the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), distributed through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Statewide Transportation Projects (STP) Rural Road program for the 2023-2026 federal fiscal program cycle. WisDOT guidelines for real estate acquisition shall be followed. Work is to include, but not be limited to, appraisal, comparison value determination, negotiation, coordination, landowner meeting(s), form completion, and checklist compliance including, but not limited to; all labor, materials, benefits, overhead, supervision, project management, taxes, insurance and all costs necessary to complete the assigned activities subject to Owner Approval.
