The University is seeking to implement a cloud based software/hardware system that allow the management of parking sales during events on campus. The Intent of this Solicitation is to find a system that can meet the following goals related to managing parking for events that generated large attendance: 1. Reduce the amount of cash handling done in the field by accepting Credit Card payments in compliance with our PCI policy. 2. Allow for the purchase of parking permits prior to and during an event, which will act as the credential for access to and from the parking area. 3. Purchase software that will enable Transportation Services to track payments and provide reporting. 4. Interface with the University’s T2 Systems parking access Control equipment to allow event credentials to activate entry and exit access for customers.
