This bid includes providing and installing the following: Galvanized steel panels for shielding. Panels constructed of ¾” particle board with 26-gauge galvanized steel laminated to both faces. Panels installed at all walls, floor and ceiling to create a 6-sided conductive enclosure. One 4’0” x 7’0” RF steel door that guarantees the shielding performance listed below. Two RF electrical filters for power and lighting (electrical circuits by UW-Madison). Two HVAC waveguides 12” X 12”manufactured from tin-plated brass honeycomb material. One 4” pass-through tubular aluminum waveguide. One fire protection waveguide manufactured from copper or iron pipe. One penetration panel manufactured from aluminum (allowing for possible addition of connectors in the future). Delivery and installation at Engineering Hall, UW Madison, 4th floor, room 4624.
