Specifications include, but are not limited to: State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) is requesting proposals (Proposals) from providers of proxy voting research services, as further described herein (Research Services) regarding their interest and capabilities in providing the Research Services to SWIB as a fiduciary for the public pension funds of the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select a firm to provide the Research Services to SWIB. One or more firms will be selected to provide the Proxy Voting and/or Research Services based on the criteria set forth under the heading MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS and the responses to the questions under the heading QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION.
