Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Review and provide input to the vendor Statement of Work (project scope).; • Collaborate with individual college executive sponsor and project managers to develop the implementation project plan.; • Conduct and/or attend ERP implementation-related regular and special meetings during the project as needed.; • Assist in updates for status reports, review status reports, and participate in regularly scheduled status meetings with the Colleges.; • Assist in management of project documents on the designated document repository site (Northwood Tech only).; • Work with the Colleges’ project managers to ensure the implementation and deployment is successfully completed.; • Work collaboratively with various College staff, Project Managers, Executive Steering Team and Anthology resources to align policy, processes and procedures to utilize industry best practices and utilize strengths of the Anthology system.; • Provide support and guidance for Anthology and integrated system configurations and reporting.; • Guidance and communicate any identified project risks to the College’s project manager(s) and Executive Sponsor.; • Assist in preparing any scope change requests in collaboration with Project Managers for implementation services to the College Sponsor.; • Collaborate with Project Managers to accept/reject implementation control points, go/no-go decisions and deliverables, providing feedback on rejections.; • Advise with creation of software training plan for all users. ; • Coordinate software installation activities (Northwood Tech only).; • Coordinate user acceptance testing (Northwood Tech only).; • Work with College Project Managers to confirm go-live steps, requirements and assignments.; • Provide guidance on the final acceptance process for each phase of implementation.; • Serves in an advisory and consultative role to Executive Sponsor and Project Managers on all projectrelated activities including identifying resource needs for continued operations.; • Influences and guides project management methodologies and standards including those within the Anthology implementation philosophy, procedures. and ensures they are followed by all project team members.; • Advocates for appropriate Change Management activities to support the project, program, and team success. Proactively assists the Project Managers in identifying and mitigating risks associated with change resistance, noncompliance, and inflexibility in internal and external team members.; • Identify and advocate for opportunities for Centers of Excellence and ability to share resources amongst the colleges upon implementation.
