Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) is seeking bids for Preventative Maintenance/Technical Support for the Power Plant and Boiler Controls. This includes calibration of pressure and temperature transmitters, oxygen analyzer calibration, control valves, modulating electric actuators, combustion setting of natural gas & oil burners and BMS safety limit testing of MMHI’s Power Plant. MMHI intends to use the results of this process to award two (2) Contracts. 3.1.1 Vendor shall have the ability to complete the following procedures: • 2-point calibration of pressure capsule using a pressure calibrator certified for smart instruments. • Record capsule zero value, as found and final. • Calibration of transmitter D/A converter using a certified Digital multi meter (DMM). • Loop check of transmitter output into control system/verification of control system displayed value. • Calibration of PLC analog input channel, if required. • Documentation of all the above procedures. In addition, for smart devices, a pdf record of the existing device configuration will be required. • An exemption to these required procedures is made for the existing Foxboro transmitters. • Service and calibration of these devices will require using the customers WIN 95 PC running the FOXCOM SW.
