1. Removal and proper disposal of the existing AHU-6 from the penthouse. 2. Structural engineering services to evaluate existing conditions and design required support for the new RTU. 3. Furnishing and installation of all structural supports as identified by the structural engineering design. 4. Furnishing and installation of a new roof curb compatible with the proposed RTU. 5. Crane services required to set the roof curb and RTU. 6. Furnishing and installation of supply and return ductwork within the mezzanine to connect the new RTU to the existing distribution system. 7. Furnishing and installation of a hot water heating coil. 8. Furnishing and installation of all associated hydronic piping for the hot water coil. 9. Furnishing and installation of a 20-ton cooling-only rooftop unit equipped with an economizer. 10. Furnishing and installation of all required insulation, including materials and labor. 11. Equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning. 12. Provision of a one (1) year labor warranty commencing at substantial completion.
