The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, hereinafter referred to as the "University", through its Procurement Department, hereinafter referred to as "Procurement," is requesting Bids from experienced bidders who are able to provide pest control services per the bid specifications, including: (1) Insects (ants, cockroaches, spiders, wasps, and other common pests); (2) Rodents (mice, and minor rat activity as needed); (3) Large animal entrapment (woodchucks, racoons as needed); (4) Preventative maintenance including inspection and treatment of campus buildings, grounds, and exterior perimeters. Vendor shall provide: (1) Initial inspection of designated areas; (2) Scheduled monthly or quarterly preventative treatments; (3) Emergency/special call-out services, (4) Rodent control including traps, baiting, and minor exclusion, (5) Reporting of findings and recommendations.
