The Milwaukee Board of School Directors has made an investment in an Human Resources enterprise resource planning (ERP) system PeopleSoft. The objective of this RFP is to complete a full installation of 9.2 from the current 9.0 version including customizations and bolt-on additions for Talent Acquisition Manager, Benefits Administration, ePerformance, HRMS, North American Payroll, eBenefits, eLearn, and ePay modules. This project will include a conversion from our legacy time and labor system to PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management (including FMLA). The Department of Human Resources and the Division of Technology are seeking a vendor that will provide a team of approximately four to five skilled individuals to accomplish this implementation, with a roll-out target date on or before June 30, 2014.
