Pavilion Construction Labor and materials to construct a rectangular 24’x36’ open air pavilion (prefabricated structure acceptable if it meets specifications & recommendations outlined in Appendix 1). Structure should have a standing seam roof installed. All posts should be buried, and all lumber exposed to weather must be treated. Amenities to include: Earthworks to create flat surface and 10” compacted aggregate to all concrete in bid Construction of treated lumber and metal roof pavilion 5.5” deep concrete pads for pavilion, and ADA-port-a-johns Screening fence for port-a-johns Minimum 5’ wide 5.5” deep concrete path from existing road to pavilion and from pavilion to port-a-johns 5.5” deep concrete ADA compliant parking spaces (18’ width, 20’long), painting lines, and installing sign post to designate ADA parking and a 4’ wide accessible path between port-a-johns, parking stall, and pavilion Install (2) 2” and (1) 1” electrical PVC conduit pipes with tracer wire into concrete at pavilion and (1) 1” capped conduit pipe with tracer wire near port-a-johns wall. Alternatively, switch subpanel location to porta johns and one conduit to pavilion. Electricity is not a part of the base bid but will be required at a later stage Add-On Option #1 – Grills Labor and materials for an ADA-accessible grill, to include: Earthwork to smooth, stabilize and prepare ground 5.5” deep 6’x6’ concrete pad with ADA-accessible grill installed 6’ from edge of concrete, allowing a 5’ turning area from the front edge of ADA compliant grill. Add-On Option #2 – Non-ADA Parking Space Labor and materials for one additional non-ADA compliant parking space to include with 4’ accessible path on front edge of this space allowing for a clear route to port-a-johns: 9’x20’ parking space of 5.5” concrete: Painting spot designation Installing sign post for “15 Minute Limit”
