Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of a Contractor are desired to provide uniformed non-armed security services in the City’s six parking garages at night to: a. Discourage vandalism and illegal activity by being a physical presence in the garages/lots; b. Escort parking cashiers to their vehicles after shift changes; c. Check stairwells for loitering and unauthorized persons; d. Secure elevators and post signs; e. Answer and respond to Helpline and Assist customers after the Parking Personnel are off duty; f. Minor repairs to equipment and conduct lighting surveys; g. Tracking vehicles being stored without proper permits in garages/lots; NOTE: It is intended that no more than five security persons will be on duty at any one time to provide the above services to all six ramps.
