Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Individual Space Intelligent/Smart Sensor Requirements: o 3 sensing technologies 3-axis magnetometer combined with RRSI (radio signal strength sensor) and optical detection.; o Camera-based sensing technology is excluded or not allowed.; o Sensors must self-monitor required voltage and data communication minimum requirements. Including the ability to self-repair and communicate status to the management dashboard.; o Maximum size requirement/dimensions- less than 6”-inch diameter, height installed 0" inches (0mm); o Outdoor sensors are flush with parking lot surfaces (snowplow proof); o Indoor sensors are surface mounted on the garage floor; 2. Parking Lot Counter Requirements: o The system must be wireless and autonomously powered that enables an accurate parking ingress/egress count; o As cars enter the parking lot through the entry lane(s), a vehicle sensor will send a signal to both the associated VMS and the cloud operating system so that the number of parking spaces available will be decreased; o As cars exit the parking lot through the exit lane(s), a vehicle sensor will send a signal to both the associated VMS and the cloud operating system so that the number of parking spaces available will be increased; o A publicly accessible web page (mobile device compatible) or mobile application for patrons to see the current occupancy counts and number of available spaces at each parking facility; o When the parking lot is full, associated VMS will display “FULL”; when the parking lot is closed, associated VMS will state “Closed” or an abbreviation of “Closed” such as “CLSD”; o At any time, the operator remotely can turn a VMS off, on, or change (edit/update/disable) the message displayed via web-based software program
