The Municipality should be advised when there are problems meeting the passenger response time requirement. Drivers will assist in loading and unloading the elderly and people with disabilities. For Paratransit service, drivers may assist in carrying items weighing no more than 40 pounds. The Contractor is expected to serve all ride requests for door-to-door service made at least the day before and to honor same day requests for route deviations.
