The Peter Christensen Health Center serves Tribal members and the general public, and provides comprehensive healthcare services that include medical, vision, chiropractic, physical therapy, pharmacy, lab, and radiology. Firms submitting proposals to serve as PCHC’s IT System Administrator must have proficiency in managing Windows operating systems in a virtual environment, sufficient experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, a working knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and an in-depth knowledge of the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules, as well as Rules stemming from the HITECH (Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health) Act, including patient privacy, data security, and breach notification rules
