Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of security services provided to HSD shall include: General security Transports of HSD clients to and from psychiatric facilities and detoxification facilities across the state of Wisconsin and occasionally into the bordering state of Illinois, as well as shorter in-county transports to local hospitals, appointments and residences of county clients. (Clients requiring restraint during transport or who are known or suspected to be physically volatile will be transported by the Rock County Sheriffs Office in lieu of contracted security agency.) Transports of injured staff that do not require ambulance response. (A rare but occasional event.) At the request of Crisis Intervention staff, accompany Psychiatric Technicians on medication deliveries to client homes that are known to be potentially agitated or aggressive. * At the request of staff, accompany Crisis Workers on well-being checks to client homes that are known to be potentially agitated or aggressive. * Snow removal from the ramp and sidewalk leading to the back door on nights and weekends in the event that building maintenance is not present to complete this.
