Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes a variety of improvements to increase the safety and security, as well as, increase functional capabilities of the Sheriff’s Training Outdoor Shooting Range. The improvements are specific to the outdoor range and include the following: S01 Restore and enhance the north backstop for greater bullet / ricochet control. S02 Expand and raise the east side berm for greater ricochet / sound control. Includes construction of a new bin block retaining wall. S03 Modify site grades where possible to improve stormwater runoff control. S04 Paint the existing building, including repairing window installations and adding trim. S05 Add perimeter security fencing for improved access control. S06 Add warning signage to keep out unauthorized users.
