1. Preliminary Project Services This includes all activities required for defining the scope and establishing the preliminary requirements for capital improvements the Airport may select to undertake. 2. Engineering Design Services All activities required to undertake and accomplish a full and complete project design suitable for competitive bidding. The design services shall result in a project suitable for AIP, PFC, Wisconsin State Aid, and/or local funding as intended for each project. 3. Project Bidding Services Assist the airport in advertising and securing bids, modify the construction drawings and/or technical specifications as appropriate to address necessary changes as a result of bidder questions, analyzing bid results, furnishing recommendations on the award of contracts, and preparing contract documents and construction plans/specifications for projects. 4. Project Construction Services As directed by the Airport, all services required after the award of a construction contract, including but not limited to Construction Administration/RPR services, inspection of work, and Assurance of Compliance with specification using proper and appropriate construction practices and tests that are required to complete the project. 5. Project Closeout Services All services required after the completion of a construction contract to close out the project. 6. Additional Services as directed by the Airport Board Perform such other special consultant services as may be directed by the Board, including but not limited to project planning, environmental, and engineering services.
