The Project includes the following Work: • Phases: Three (3) project phases for construction over two (2) separate parks. • Erosion Control: Erosion mat, silt fence maintenance, sediment logs, and stormwater swales. • Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, concrete sidewalk, asphaltic concrete pavement, dense grade base, park benches, bike racks, landscaping, ADA playgrounds and surfacing, park signs, and site signage. • Electrical: Electrical service, site lighting and underground conduit. • Utilities: • Underdrain installation • New water service connection • New electrical service and connection • Site stormwater • Shelters: Site pre-fabricated open-air shelters. • Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration, plantings, general site clean-up and amenities installed.
