Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meals will be supplied to the Nutrition Sites. Some sites receive bulk food delivery, while Drop Sites receive food that has already been individually packaged for home delivered meal customers. Drop Site meals are packaged for delivery by the ADRC (300 S Adams St, Green Bay), and picked up by the Vendor for distribution to Drop Sites. The successful applicant must provide ‘birthday cake’ as dessert once a month, and this will appear on the menu. The successful applicant must courier interoffice mail & supplies to and from nutrition sites. It is expected that mail and supplies be delivered to the noted site within one business day. 21. Days of Service: Meals will be supplied to the Nutrition Sites listed above five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, except for the following: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve Day, and any other mutually agreeable days. 22. Meal Quantity & Ordering: The Vendor must be flexible regarding the quantity of meals provided daily at each Nutrition Site. The ADRC shall notify the Vendor by 1:00pm each serving day the number of meals required for the next serving day.
