Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State as represented by the DWD Purchasing intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract to a contractor who will provide two (2) fully equipped, turn-key Mini-Mobile Job Centers. DWD intends to purchase two (2) Mini-Mobile Job Centers that are rugged enough to withstand rigorous daily use and provide maximum reliability and availability with a minimum of maintenance and repair time. These vehicles should incorporate maximum driver comfort and safety, combined with excellence in reliability, operating characteristics, efficiency and economy of operation. The Mini-Mobile Job Centers will travel throughout the state to reach individuals and veterans transitioning to civilian life who are seeking employment and training services. This project involves providing services for the design, fabrication, all equipment, delivery, installation, and commissioning of two (2) fully equipped, turn-key Mini-Mobile Job Centers. To be responsive, proposers shall ensure all equipment and materials to make the Mini-Mobile Job Centers fully equipped and turn-key are included in their proposal response. DWD expects to use the Mini-Mobile Job Centers upon delivery.
