Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metro is looking to conduct several extensive marketing campaigns to promote largescale organizational initiatives including a complete service redesign, bus rapid transit, and implementation of new fare collection technology. Campaign goals are to increase generate public awareness, provide instruction on utilizing new services, retain current riders, encourage non-users to try the system, and demonstrate the positive impacts each initiative has on the entire community. Metro is looking for a marketing or public relations firm to work with and supplement the efforts of its inhouse marketing team utilizing current branding practices. The awarded firm will report to Metro Marketing staff. Promotion efforts will include multilingual graphic design and video production for passenger/driver instruction materials, print/digital marketing, social media promotions, and broadcast/streaming advertising spots.
