Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.3.1 Bidder is responsible for assuring the test in picked up in a timely manner or postal services packaging is provided to send the test. All expenses for transport will be paid by the contracted provider. 4.3.2 Test results must be faxed or electronically transmitted as determined by Bureau of Health Services. All critical values must be reported verbally to the Health Service Unit nurse upon results being found. Once called the lab will need to write on the report the BHS person contacted. 4.3.3 Laboratory administrative and clinical personnel must be available to provide information on test results, laboratory procedures, laboratory services for unusual cases, billing etc.
