Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division is seeking marketing services for the purchase of preparing materials to present program operation, outcomes and needs to key audiences and potential supporters in the broad variety of formats we need from printed reports to virtual information banks. The deliverables will include, but not be limited to: 1) Graphics depicting educational, operational & management theory 2) Graphic design and layout of divisional and program reports, pamphlets, donor information summaries & marketing materials 3) Virtual and web-based conversions of all of the above 4) Work on a regular basis with the senior university relations specialist to build marketing portfolio and plan to support development goals. 5) Work with staff, as needed, to assist with redesigning and creating a consistent brand design for educational materials for the Divisions programs. 6) Advise Vice Provost on an integrated marketing strategy that knits together both traditional and social media outlets to enhance the power of the Divisions messages. 7) Provide direct consultation to staff members who manage the Divisions social media. 8) Other special projects as needed.
