HVAC: Replace existing AHU-12 and associated return fan with new, keeping existing heating and cooling system in operation. Replace existing chiller on the roof. Modify existing ductwork, distribution and controls for new offices. D. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. E. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. F. Fire Alarm: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation.
