The Department of Administration is requesting a managed security services solution to assist the state with monitoring and management of system security logs, events, vulnerabilities, and intrusion protection and detection. DET is pursuing a managed security services solution from Proposers in the following areas: Log Monitoring and Security Event Management DET is looking for a robust log monitoring and management solution along with an associated event management system, which can be provided through a managed security services solution. This log and event management system will replace the existing log and event management systems that are currently used. The solution must be provided through a managed service offering, with logs being monitoring and events managed through the vendors Security Operations Center.
