The Department of Administration requests Bids to secure a provider for managed fleet vehicle services to support vehicle repair, maintenance, and roadside assistance, and accident management services including subrogation recovery including an online management system dedicated for State of Wisconsin fleet vehicles. The awarded vendor will provide fleet management support for approximately 6,000 State of Wisconsin vehicles managed by State Agencies and University of Wisconsin System campuses. Services will be in support of fleets composed of cars, small trucks, medium and heavy-duty vehicles, construction equipment, trailers and agricultural tractors. Entities eligible to purchase from the contract resulting from this RFB are defined as the Authorized Users. The Authorized Users include State of Wisconsin agencies, University of Wisconsin System campuses, Wisconsin municipalities as defined in the enclosed Cooperative Agreement form and members of the State Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program may use the contract through a formal Participating Addendum with the Contract Vendor.
