The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services (DMS), through its Bureau of Procurement and Contracting (BPC) is requesting proposals from Vendors who are seeking certification to Contract as Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) for the delivery of the Family Care Program and the Family Care Partnership Program. Family Care and Family Care Partnership are long-term care programs for low-income frail elders and adults with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities who have long-term care needs. The Family Care and Family Care Partnership benefit packages are described in Section 1.2.5. The Family Care Geographic Service Region (GSR) locations in this solicitation are listed in Section 1.4.3.
