Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this RFQ is to hire a Time and Materials Contractor to handle contracted maintenance services at the East Landfill located at 3800 Heritage Rd., DePere, WI 54115 and the West Landfill located at 3734 West Mason St., Oneida, WI 54155. Both landfills are closed and no longer accept waste; however there are ongoing site maintenance issues that need to be resolved on a regular basis. The awarded contractor must be capable of conducting tasks associated with but not limited to the following: ï‚· Cutting down gas wells ï‚· Fusing HDPE pipe ï‚· Fabricating HDPE fittings ï‚· Gluing/fabricating SCHD 80 PVC piping ï‚· Trenching in HDPE or PVC piping ï‚· Trucking soil from an off-site location to either the East or West Landfill ï‚· Compaction of clay ï‚· Placement of soils ï‚· LLDPE synthetic liner repair ï‚· Other miscellaneous tasks
