Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a mail pick-up service for Brown County which will be located in the mail room at 320 Cherry Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except the following Holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Meter, bar code, and sort all automation compatible mail to current postal regulations to allow Brown County the highest possible discount on postage. The Contractor shall remote video-encode all non-readable mail to obtain the highest level of discounts. The Contractor shall label, tray/sack and deliver all first class mail to the proper U.S. Postal Service acceptance unit located at 300 Packerland Drive, Green Bay, WI 54303, on the same day it is picked up. Standard mail shall be processed and delivered to the U.S. Postal Service within 24 – 48 hours of pickup.
