The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for a contractor to deliver mixed concrete to the Minnesota-side of the spillway located at Lock and Dam 8 in Genoa, WI. These deliveries will take place during the winter months (November 1 – March 1) over a two-year period and will require backing across the 20’ wide Reno spillway. Minimum quantity will be 350 cubic yards but could increase to up to 450 cubic yards. Deliveries will be in 30-yard batches (+/- 10%) delivered to the work site.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 327320, Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees.
The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
