Specifications include, but are not limited to: Live Stream Cameras; MPS is seeking qualified vendor(s) that can provide 21 indoor live stream cameras and 4 outdoor cameras suitable for withstanding harsh Midwest winters when used at one of our stadium locations. The system should be a cloud-based solution and other than the camera system, no additional equipment/server/hardware/software shall be necessary onsite.; 1. System is cloud-based. Other than the camera system, no additional equipment/server/hardware/software is necessary onsite. All updates to camera systems software can be done remotely. 2. Cameras to provide multiple options for field camera systems to ensure that each venue’s video quality is great/optimized. 3. Cameras must have auto-follow technology that can zoom, pan and tilt, no camera operator required. 4. Camera systems must be able to be located within a minimum of 0.5 meters of the court, sideline, touchline, out-of-bounds line. 5. Cameras must have ability to bulk schedule recordings. 6. Cameras must have a full OTT platform with a paywall, multiple monetization options, sponsor integration, hosted game pages, hosted video player. 7. Cameras must have a production studio in the cloud that is easy to use and can be taught to students with minimal training. 8. Cameras must offer both streaming solution and a robust video analytics platform. 9. Cameras must offer multi-year camera warranty backed by well known 3rd party camera technology provider.
