• Remove all the existing shingles from the entire building. Pull all nails. Replace up to 3 sheets of roof decking. • Install 6-feet of Ice and Water Shield along the gutters edge and install 3-feet of Ice & Water shield in all valleys. Install ASTM certified synthetic shingle underlayment. • Install new aluminum gutter apron on eaves, drip edge on gables, and pipe covers as needed. Install new ridge vent. Colors to be selected by the City of Elkhorn. • Install an Atlas Pinnacle lifetime dimensional shingle with a prorated warranty through manufacture. Quantity estimated at 3100 SF. Color to be selected by the City of Elkhorn. • Remove and dispose of all existing siding. Install 4x8 LP vertical panels around the bottom perimeter of the building. An 8-foot Band board will be installed between the horizontal and panel siding. The Gable ends of the building will consist of Horizontal Lp Smartside lap siding. Quantity estimated at 1300 SF. Trim board and Siding colors to be selected by the City of Elkhorn • Contractor to cut and install (1) one New 36-Inch Commercial grade service door into the existing brick wall. • Remove all existing fascia boards and replace them with 8-Inch LP fascia boards. Color of fascia boards to be selected by the City of Elkhorn. • Furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to complete the described work above. • Contractor must dispose of all excess material and clean up the project site upon completion.
