Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. ensure that the course will feature excellent playing conditions; 2. continue to operate Wanaki as an accessible and user-friendly golf facility for players of all ages and skill levels; 3. operate within golf industry standards, from both management of operations and maintenance of the putting surfaces, tees, fairways, landscaping, overall turf quality and agronomy; 4. provide adequate staffing, training and experience to provide these services; 5. procure, at their expense, all goods and services necessary for the operation of the facilities; and 6. develop plans, implement and fully fund any Wanaki improvements. ; Lessee shall utilize the leased property only for any and all legal purposes that are usual and customary for operation of a public daily fee golf course. Such purposes shall include, without limitation, operation of and/or provision of services relating or incidental to retail pro shops, restaurants, food services, driving range, training facilities, and such uses, amenities and services consistent with those being offered at comparable and/or superior public golfing facilities located in Wisconsin. ; Lessee will be responsible for the maintenance of the leased property and all buildings, structures and infrastructure, to keep them in good repair and working order. The County expects that Lessee will keep all turf areas healthy and free of foreign grasses and other broadleaf weeds during all seasons.
