Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sauk County is looking to replace approximately 3,924 sq. ft. of concrete, and trench drain in the Sallyport at the Law Enforcement Center.; 2.1 Concrete will need to be a minimum of 6” thick.; 2.2 Concrete needs to be a 7 bag DOT 24hr. set mix with full air and fibers.; 2.3 Concrete will be finished with a light brushing and sealed with a penetrating sealer due to high road salt from the vehicles in the winter months.; 2.4 Two trench drains will need to be installed that are a minimum of 8 inches wide and approximately 20 feet long with bolt down grates for proper drainage.; 2.5 The Concrete that is being demoed and removed will need to be done on top of the slab due to conduit and pipes running very shallow underneath the slab.; 2.6 This project needs to be done in two sections due to Police vehicles having to pull in and out of the building.; 2.7 Sauk County will remove the eyewash station from its current location and reinstall when concrete is finished.; 2.8 Sauk County will do its best to locate and mark any piping underneath the slap.; 2.9 There is two hydraulic cabinets one on the eastside and one on the westside of the sallyport that will need to be saw cut around and can be left in place.
