The Project includes the following Work: The Sheridan Springs Road / CTH H – Utility Improvements project includes both watermain and sanitary sewer improvements along County Highway H. Work includes abandonment of existing watermain in locations where dual mains currently exist, reinstallation of affected residential water services and side street connections, along with a section of watermain installation to replace an existing undersized main. Sanitary sewer improvements include reinstallation of sanitary sewer in the intersection with Center Street to reduce the number of existing sanitary sewer manholes. The project shall also include concrete curb and sidewalk replacements, asphalt pavement, erosion control & restoration, and both roadway and pedestrian traffic control necessary for improvements while maintaining two-way traffic along CTH H. The project also has a bid alternative for rehabilitation and interior coatings for both existing and proposed structures, both within and outside the base project limits. The anticipated substantial completion date is May 16th, 2026 and final completion date is May 22nd, 2026.
