Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract is for the rental of Linens, maintaining in-stock inventory, pick-up of soiled items, cleaning, ironing, processing, bundling and delivery to the WI Union Hotels locations, Union South 1308 W. Dayton St. and Memorial Union 800 Langdon St., The Fluno Center 601 University Ave and the University Health Services building 333 East Campus Mall. ; The Wisconsin Union Hotel is located at Union South. The 60 boutique-style guest rooms include extended stay suites complete with kitchenette and living area.; The Wisconsin Union Guestrooms are located in historic Memorial Union a few steps from beautiful Lake Mendota and the Memorial Union Terrace. There are 6 rooms. Each room has a private bath, air conditioning, cable TV and a campus and local telephone. Most rooms have two double beds and a view of Lake Mendota.; The Fluno Center is located at 601 University Ave, Madison. The hotel features approximately 100 guest rooms. At the intersection of superior service and exceptional events you'll find the Fluno Center. Located on the UW-Madison campus and in the heart of the bustling downtown and cultural center of Madison, WI, the Fluno Center is a full-service event destination and conference center with well-appointed guest rooms. With our variety of meeting rooms, event spaces, and guest rooms, we offer a total-immersion learning environment for individuals, professional groups, and corporate teams.; University Health Services (UHS) is the student health center at UW–Madison.; The Lowell Center is located at 610 Langdon St. The Lowell Center is currently collaborating with University Housing to use space in for undergraduate housing at UW-Madison. The move is a temporary initiative to accommodate increased demand for on-campus housing due to enrollment growth and more students desiring to live on campus. However, in the past the Lowell Center has historically been another hotel needing service. Service for this location may come back into play in the term of this 5-year contract. The Lowell Center has approximately 157 rooms.
