10.1 Provide all work and materials to install metal roofing in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations. 10.2 Provide all required permits for the project. 10.3 Measure roofs for exact dimensions. 10.4 Remove and haul away all shingles, roofing materials. Site should be cleaned up after project is completed. 10.5 Replace sheeting and flashing where required. See Optional Bid Pricing in Attachment C. 10.6 Replace fascia, sofit, D edge with commercial metal matching roof color as selected. 10.7 Install 6-inch seamless gutters on the front of building. 10.8 Install full size, clamp on, metal snow bars on front of building. 10.9 Install Ice and water barrier such as Grace Ice and Water Shield or comparable product. 10.10 Install 26 gauge commercial standing seam “double lock” or “snap lock” style with sealant in seams, with 16” or 18” ribs per manufacturer’s specifications. Residential roof panels sold by home improvement stores are not acceptable.
