3.1 JANITORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS Contractor must perform Janitorial Services at each WSFP site location according to the frequencies outlined in Appendix 1 – WSFP Site Locations and Square Footage Details. 3.1.1 Contractor must use WSFP-provided equipment and cleaning agents (See Appendix 3 – Furnished Supplies and Equipment List) to perform all janitorial services. 3.1.2 Contractor must be responsible for any damage (including but not limited to discoloration) caused to WSFP property resulting from the misuse of WSFP janitorial equipment or the use of unauthorized cleaning Service methods. 3.1.3 Contractor must pick up and dispose of debris, trash, soiled rags, empty bottles and cans and any other waste material from all grounds and floors. 3.1.4 Contractor must refrain from stacking furniture, waste containers, etc. on desks, tables or windowsills. 3.1.5 Contractor must return furniture, equipment, plants etc. to their original positions after Services. 3.1.6 Contractor must refrain from moving or touching paper or personal items of any kind on a WSFP’s employee’s desk (including, but not limited to, opening drawers, cabinets, telephones, electronics or State property). 3.1.7 Contractor must use clean water from the faucet to clean and rinse floors. 3.1.8 Contractor must post wet/slippery floors caution signage after mopping floors or during inclement weather, when applicable. 3.1.9 Contractor staff must refrain from attempting to enter through doors that are closed or locked. 3.1.10 Contractor must confirm all doors and windows are closed and locked (when applicable) after each day’s Services are completed.
