Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Wisconsin Colleges operates the UW-Marathon County campus which is located at 518 S. 7th Avenue, Wausau, Wisconsin. This campus is comprised of seven buildings with an approximate 300,000 sq. ft. of usable space. There are approximately 20 classrooms, 2 large lecture halls, 6 meeting rooms, multiple office suites, gallery, auditorium, theater, library and open space. Floors consist of carpet, VCT or commercial laminate. The sizes listed are approximate and it is the Proposers responsibility to verify size as necessary. Janitorial services shall be performed six times per week based on the hours of use of space by campus occupants Sunday evening through Saturday. Contractor is not required to perform services on the following celebrated holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day and New Year's Day.
