Zablocki VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Milwaukee, WI and Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic located in Green Bay, WI. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision required for: periodic cleaning of medium and small prevacuum sterilizers; and the sharpening, adjusting, aligning, straightening, refurbishing, calibrating, cleaning, stain removal, polishing, lubricating adjusting, chemical etching, and replacing parts, as necessary, for surgical, procedural, and dental instruments, either individually or as components of a specialty tray utilizing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) instruments and parts, as applicable, and be to OEM specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210.
