Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of the initial interactive media project is to empower students to use maps and other geographic representations to understand and communicate information. It should help them learn how to analyze the spatial organization of people, places and environments, and how to apply geography to interpret the past and present, while planning for the future. Students who play through or complete the activities created for this project will demonstrate their ability to apply and actively use geography concepts and spatial thinking. Detailed specifications of the educational goals to be covered, as well as project deliverables, are found in section 5, Technical Requirements. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of production including concept design, wireframes, graphic design, graphic production, scripting, programming and animation. The Agency will provide recommendations for grade level-appropriate content and specific concepts to be addressed, as well as user testing and feedback during production.
