The Supplier must have the ability to receive, load, and analyze all data provided by DHS and hospitals, in electronic formats, using the SFTP transmission mode prescribed by DHS. The Vendor must also have the ability to access relevant data other than state-and hospital-supplied data for use in rate development, including data extracted from the Healthcare Provider Cost Reporting Information System (HCRIS). The Vendor must agree that all Vendor’s staff and subcontracted staff dedicated to performing services for the State will be free of conflicts between State requirements in this RFP and the interests of hospitals DHS may contract with (see: Supplemental Standard Terms and Conditions DOA-3681). The vendor must take all necessary measures to ensure the data is protected at rest, in transit and in use.
