The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) requires Radiation Compliance Testing and Performance Monitoring Services (Medical Physicist) at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Madison, WI; Rockford VA Clinic located in Rockford, IL; and Madison East Clinic located in Madison, WI. The contractor shall provide all services for X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and Nuclear Medicine. The Contractor shall make these Medical Physicist services available to the VA as needed. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order that will include a base year and four (4) option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
