Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) is seeking bids for a supplier of grocery items, including delivery, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. The bid price per item must include delivery. There will be no additional fees paid by SRSTC for delivery. SRSTC patients are allowed to purchase groceries in order to learn and expand upon their cooking skills using the SRSTC kitchen facilities. The selected vendor will be required to provide groceries, food storage items and perishable items. These items must be purchased by patients and delivered by the grocery vendor on a weekly basis.
