6.1 Grease Trap Pumping and Disposal for CWC and MMHI 6.1.1 Bidder shall pump out all non-domestic kitchen grease traps connected to CWC and MMHI. 6.1.2 Bidder shall remove the entire contents from the grease traps. 6.1.3 Bidder shall provide service for drainage, and swap out as needed 50-gallon barrels for “yellow frying grease” at CWC and MMHI. 6.1.4 Bidder shall furnish vacuum trucks, manpower and equipment. 6.1.5 Bidder must be able to respond to emergency pumping within 12 hours of being contacted by CWC or MMHI. 6.1.6 Bidder is prohibited from driving on the lawn or sidewalk unless mutually agreed upon by facility. 6.1.7 Bidder is responsible for notifying CWC or MMHI staff of any hardware that is missing or can’t be reinstalled prior to leaving the Institution. 6.1.8 Bidder is responsible for clean-up of site to leave area as found prior to pumping. 6.1.9 Bidder is responsible for removing and reinstalling all hardware that secure grease trap doors. 6.1.10 Awarded Bidder shall schedule services 14 days in advance. No weekends or holidays.
