A. Grant Writing Services 1. The consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive grant application for Trempealeau County, in full compliance with all JEM grant rules and requirements. The grant application will include: Research funding opportunities through the JEM program ensuring compliance with eligibility and program guidelines. 2. Develop a detailed project budget that aligns with the funding criteria, ensuring accuracy and transparency in line with the grant requirements. 3. Write the grant proposal, including but not limited to the narrative, project objectives, timeline, evaluation methods, and expected outcomes. Ensure that all sections of the proposal are completed thoroughly, compellingly, and in full compliance with the JEM guidelines. Write and facilitate all available years of grant funding. 4. Submit the completed grant application on time and follow up with the grant administrators to ensure all materials are received and to answer any questions regarding the submission. 5. Facilitate all grant evaluation materials and provide submission within grant deadlines.B. Branding and Marketing Facilitation 1. Upon successful award of the JEM grant, the consultant will oversee the facilitation and management of the project, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met within the timeline and budget 2. The consultant will facilitate the branding and marketing initiatives for the project to ensure its success and alignment with Trempealeau County's goals as set in the first year of the grant project. . 3. Create a detailed marketing strategy, including targeted campaigns, media outreach, digital presence, and community engagement initiatives. 4. Design and launch a user-friendly website that aligns with the project’s brand and serves as an informational hub for the public. This includes content creation, design, and functionality in accordance with project goals. 5. Implement the marketing plan through various channels, including social media, print, and digital marketing. Track the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed 6. Develop a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deadlines, and responsible parties for all tasks. Coordinate with County staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. 7. Ensure that branding and marketing initiatives are implemented according to plan and facilitate ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders including participants in the first year of the project. 8. Regularly report to Trempealeau County on the project’s progress, including financial tracking, timeline updates, and any issues or risks that arise. Adjust project activities as needed to stay on track. 9. Upon completion of the project, the consultant will provide a final report, evaluating the success of the branding, marketing, and facilitation efforts and providing recommendations for future projects. C. Optional Additional Services As an optional service, the awarded consultant may be asked to perform other related services outside of the primary project scope. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: 1. Development of additional marketing campaigns or materials related to the project. 2. Providing additional facilitation or coordination support for other grant activities. 3. Any other grant related activities that may be required to further the project’s success, as requested by Trempealeau County. 4. Other miscellaneous items.
