In general, the work consists of: Harrington Beach State Park: The single and double unit pit toilets located in the Family and Walk-To Campsites are to receive new epoxy flooring with a cove base, base tab repair and touch up paint. Hartman Creek State Park: The Main Office building demolition consists of exterior siding, soffits, windows and roofing. New exterior materials will consist of metal siding and soffits, aluminum-clad windows, and standing seam metal roof. Kohler Andrae State Park: The Shower Building located in the Family Campground will have its south CMU wall rebuilt. The south wall is experiencing structural failure and needs to be rebuilt with new CMU block and metal frames. Existing doors will be reused. Point Beach State Park: Area A – Park Shelter is to have its existing roofing removed and new asphalt roofing installed. Area B – Vault Toilet #110 is to have its existing roofing removed and new asphalt roofing installed. Area C – Pumphouse is to have its existing roofing removed and new wood shake roofing installed. This is a historic building and the new roofing must match the old roofing. Wood Storage is to have its existing roofing removed and new asphalt roofing installed. Site 10 Vault Toilet is to have its existing roofing removed and new asphalt roofing installed.
